Is Japan making me soft, or is this just SCARY? I have forgotten that this was a part of my daily life (albeit on the outskirts.) I'm going to need some serious rehabilitation before I get back otherwise 2 years of Japan is going to lead me to a nervous breakdown the day i set foot back in Fenham. What do you recommend? Get myself beaten up and spat on? Or is just a simple request for "spare change for bus" enough? I really can't decide. Still plenty of time to work on that eh!
